The Patient Client Family Council are available for support by calling (705)549-3181 and requesting ext. 2181 (to speak to Helen)

Speak to OSP Program Managers

Or contact the Manager of the location where you receive treatment.

The option to change clinician may be available.

Concern Regarding an OSP Service

Speak to an OSP clinician. Alternate services may be available based on client preference.

Concern Regarding OSP Clinician

Whenever possible, clients are encouraged to communicate concerns to the clinician via phone, email or at next appointment.

Contact Professional College

If ethical concerns with care exist, clients can contact their therapist’s professional college - speak to the clinician or their Manager for contact information

Escalate Your Concern

If you wish to escalate your concern/complaint contact Jeannie Borg (Director of OSP) at: 705-333-3450

Requesting a New Therapist


Clients may request a new therapist if:

  • Client/therapist relationship not a good fit
  • Several requests to change therapists have not been made previously
  • Request to change is not related to discrimination toward therapist
