I have a complaint or concern about OSP... what are my options?
Contact the PCFC
The Patient Client Family Council are available for support by calling 705-549-3181 and requesting ext. 2181 (to speak to Helen)
Speak to OSP Program Managers

Or contact the Manager of the location where you receive treatment.
Request a Change of Therapist
The option to change clinician may be available.
Contact Professional College
If ethical concerns with care exist, clients can contact their therapist’s professional college - speak to the clinician or their Manager for contact information
Escalate Your Concern
If you wish to escalate your concern/complaint contact Jeannie Borg (Director of OSP and System innovation) at: 705-333-3450
Requesting a New Therapist
Clients may request a new therapist if:
- Client/therapist relationship not a good fit
- Several requests to change therapists have not been made previously
- Request to change is not related to discrimination toward therapist
